This Privacy Policy is intended to govern the use of TransferMole Services by our users (including, without limitation those who use the TransferMole Services in the course of their trade or business) unless otherwise agreed through contract. We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective as of the published effective date.

Detailed personal information such as your date of birth, national ID number or information about your social media accounts (e.g., X/Twitter or Instagram username).

We may also collect information from or about you from other sources, such as through your contact with us, including our customer support team, your results when you respond to a survey, your interactions with members of the TransferMole corporate family.

Information from other sources: We may also obtain information about you from third parties such as identity verification services. The information we may receive varies by site and is controlled by that site. By associating an account managed by a third party with your TransferMole account and authorizing TransferMole to have access to this information, you agree that TransferMole may collect, store and use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Using Your Mobile Device: We may offer you the ability to connect with TransferMole Services using a mobile device, either through a mobile application or via a mobile optimized website. The provisions of this Privacy Policy apply to all such mobile access and use of mobile devices. When you download or use our mobile applications, or access one of our mobile optimized sites, we may receive information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device. We may use this information to provide you with location-based services, such as advertising, search results, and other personalized content. Most mobile devices allow you to control or disable location services in the device’s setting’s menu. If you have questions about how to disable your device’s location services, we recommend you contact your mobile service carrier or the manufacture of your particular device.

4. Use of your Personal Information

We may use Personal Data and other information for our legitimate and reasonable business purposes, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

TransferMole occasionally hires other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as Web site hosting and sending information about our products, special offers, and other services. Personal information collected on the Site may be stored and processed in Singapore or any other country in which TransferMole or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by using the Site, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.

Control of your Personal Information Except as otherwise described in this statement, personal information you provide on the Site will not be shared outside of TransferMole unless it is required to provide the requested service.

Please be aware that this privacy statement and any choices you make on the Site will not necessarily apply to personal information you may have provided to TransferMole in the context of other, separately operated, TransferMole products or services.

TransferMole may send out periodic e-mails and messages to your social accounts informing you of technical service or security issues related to a product or service you requested, or confirming you requested a product or service. In some services offered at transfermole.com, contact with the customer is an intrinsic part of the service. You will not be able to choose to unsubscribe to these mailings, as they are considered an essential part of the service(s) you have chosen.

    • The right to request that TranserMole restrict the use of your personal information in certain circumstances, such as while TransferMole considers another request that you have submitted (including a request that TransferMole make an update to your personal information).
    • The right to request that TransferMole export to another company, where technically feasible, your personal information that we hold in order to provide services to you.

Where the processing of your personal information is based on your previously given consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Process for exercising data protection rights. In order to exercise your data protection rights, you may contact us as described in the Contact Information section below. We take each request seriously and will comply with your request to the extent required by applicable law. We will not be able to respond to a request if we no longer hold your personal information. TransferMole is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. TransferMole’s services are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen and we request that they not provide personal information through our services.
